MC of CHS don't circulate MoM of AGM amongst members !

A senior citizen couple is pitted against the MC of Mithila CHS Ltd in JB Nagar Andheri East.

MC is playing foul time and again and not circulating the MoM of AGM although it's mandatory.

Please suggest how to make MC fall in line as it has collected huge amount for Deemed Conveyance but no progress and information about the status of the same.
