Mc filed during im hearig

Dear Experts,

Interim Maintenance case is in hearing stage. Petitioner filed Maintenance again. is it the correct process?

I feel, MC has to file, Once IM case is finalised.

Under what sections did she file her petition?

Iterim Maintenance is filed in DVC as "Section 23 of DVC"

MC is filed as "Section 125 of C.r.p.c
