Can any one tell that, what is the maximum time limit which a insurance ombudsman can take to settle a dispute? I have filed a complaint before 9 month's ago. But I didn't receive any hearing call from the ombudsman. Can I take any other support?
I have filed a complaint nine month ago against the kotak mahindra old mutual life insurance co. I have send "early hearing" application for three times. But till now, I didn't receive any response. What can I do in this case? Please suggest me.
