dear members ,
we have registered a sale deed of a plot in udaipur rajasthan which is converted under sec 90-B at the registrar's office. what is the procedure of mutation after it? what is the limitation period for such mutation? please reply at the earliest.

After registered document u give a application to Talati / Tehshildar / Collector office with attach a true copy of registered document then after they give a notice to Vendor / Purchaser and after 35 days your name enter in revenue records / Property cards etc..
