Ground that the marriage is not consumated due to some religious ceromny in house. Is it good ground for null and void of marriage. Though no problem with person. just to finish the separation procedure. Is it tenable in law.
Wife left house within 15 days of marriage and now wann to separate. As she just deceived her husband.
Is ther is any procedure wihtout blaming him or her we can get separated in court

Yes , there is a procedure, as to file case in family court on mutual consent.

But I m married in june 2010 and 1 year not over. as this is not possible, is ther any other way before the said 1 year.

Now a days even after 3 months of marriage, the people are comming to family courts

can we apply u/s 13b in the same manner and is it permissible.
But reducing 1year in this situatuin need to take permission of HC. what to do confused...?

yes andthere is no need to tke permission from the high court
