Marriage cancelation

A boy agreed to marry a girl no engagement no proofs. only one proof we booked function hall on the name of the boy using his 10th memo(Photo copy) and payslip. Now they cancelled marriage due to goth-ram mismatch(we are fine with this but they are not) Dont know how they missed intially. Can i file a cheating case against him. If yes what case i should refer to. We have spent 40,000 for this marriage till date. Some have prrofs some dont.  we have planned engagement but cancelled.

Shaadi se pehle hi case?

Wah wah.

Sahi jaarahe hain aap. :-))

Ek baat batayiye, court kacheri, pulis thaana ghoomneki thaan rakhhi he ki life mein settle bhi hona chahte hain?

No use filing that case this case, simply time waste, money waste, and in all of this it will be a blackspot on your character as people who take legal course before marriage itself will have takers equal to zero in the matrimony field. Let em go. Find someone else.

Cancellation of marriage before engagement seems to be no crime till it is cancelled due to demand of dowry. However, for your expances, if this was paid to them for cermoney / arrangement / purchases etc. court can be approached after giving legal notice.

told that you have some proof and some no proof then you can send a legal notice to refund the amount you spent and do not give the receipts (proof) to any one and give them some time see the reaction and then decide wheater to go for court or not because

you are lucky before marriage itself they had went back if after marriage they did this thing who will be at loss
