Why are you frustrated ?

You have proofs of fraud marriage then file for null and void marriage under sec. 11 hma or you think any matterial facts were supressed to you by your husband prior to marriage then file for voidable marriage under sec. 12 hma.

Provided that later should be filled within one year of exposure of matterial facts to you.

A person without job cant be considered as a looser as he might be having several unfavourable conditions to get job.

A wife Is not made only for husbands income if situations goes adverse then why wife is not doing job to assist her husband?

Ps: If you are not happy with him then part ways like decent human being without crumbling each others life.

Ask for your stridhan and what ever given to him as a genuine settlement and say him final good bye.

Next time marry some government service holder and even when you get an authentic reply from RTI about his employment details.

These people are called GOLD DIGGERS in western terminology. They know that marriage is not working, husband is unemployed but still wont file divorce and move on because "honey needs money" to say goodbye. 

I dont see any cheating here, husband lost job that is no crime, it can happen to you too. He didnt tell his previous NULLIFIED marriage. Why should he tell you? thats again no crime.

first you said about job he left and at marriage or before marriage he had not informed about this is not a crime and why he is jobless for six months is a big question. okay may be he is searching abroad job or local job and in what way you tried him to take a new job or questioning only lost job details and having quarrel with him 

how many days you stayed with him and what is the reason about there whole family means you are also a part of that family absconding and mobile switch off.  it is not a crime but cheating that this marriage is a second marriage and first one was null declared by court why again.

lot of questions arise and before it goes from your hand first think want to go legally means why they are absconding and if need then meet a local lawyer of ur place and discuss with him 

here you have told only two instances to go legally but what are the other things that can be discussed and finally advice you to go legally 

It is not even cheating if the earlier marriage was NULLIFIED. Yes it is crime if he is a DIVORCEE and not informed her about it. There is difference, please understand.

How much time it takes to get a new job?? and How much time to file your case and run??

Getting job is matter of couple of months. but getting case completed is matter of years.

By the time you file case and finish it, he might be well settled... So choice is your - Revenge vs Patience.
