marriage

Dear All,

i want to know abt court marraige,,actually i m married , i want help,,,mere shaadi kiyee huyee 3 saal ho gayee hain ,,,mera ek beta bhi woh two years ka hai .........maine court marriage kiya hai ,,,,,intercaste hai.....maine bengali hoon aur meri wife marwari,,,,,,humlogon ki life acchi chal rahii hai but problem yeh hai ki ..

mere sasurjii paise se kaphi strong hain..aur unlogon ne case kiyaa hai aur case bhi chal raha ...unlogon ne

Apharan / under 18 / MAD la case kiya haii......lekin actual me aisa kuch bhi nahi haiiiii.......ladki 22 years ki thhi shaadi ke time pe aur woh mad bhi nahi haiii aur maine apharan bhi nahii kyaa hai .....

woh case mere family pe - father,brohter aur ek mera friend hai uspe kiya haiiii,,,,,,,

three years se case chal raha aur main ghar se kaphi dooor ahemdabad ,gujrat me rahta hooon

aur mere paas marriage certificate hai,,,

aur maine court marriage karne ke baad sare certificates - jis state ka hoon wahan ke cheif justice,dist megistrate , city police station / sab gagah pe maine certificates //photographs bhej diyaa thaaaaa..

" case abhi bhi chal raha............main chata hooon ki case ko khatam karooon but kiase "

note: mere papa ne high court me bhi case file kiya abhi 2 mahine ho gayee hain abhi tak date nahi aayii hai.

SO PLZ HELP ME HOW TO possible .....

dear Pintu,

As per the Indian law,if a girl is 18+,she gets the legal right to marry.As far ur case is concerned the girl is over 18 when u married her.Moreover u mentioned u had got all the docoments,marraige certificate supporting ur case.get a certificate from a government doctor that the girl was mentally very normal(if possible at a date just after u married her).the other party in such a case does have any evidence against u.u can also file an harrashment case against them as soon as this case is over.

i m extremely sure that u will get a definite degree in this case case.

Dear Pintu..

If u have all legal proofs and all legal documents no bady can do wrong with u if ur wife is mentally perfect and u have doctor certificate menas nobady can break ur good relations. above our friend Mr Subaro Ojha i he said u can file harrashment case under section 498 A of indian penal code 1860.

if need any clarifications means just put a mails in this organisation.

thank u sir, agar main mental doctor ke pass nahi jata hoon aur court me date pe jata hoon to kya ho sakta hai...

plz help sir ......
