Market value for a land

Hi Sir,

kindly help us how to find the correct market value form the land (old House )in Villupuram, Tamil nadu.

we plan to sell the old house.

Approach ur concerned registration office by filling market value for paying prescribed fee, u Will get accurate market value certificate signed Registrar.
