if the tranferred property was providing any income to husband then wife definitely can claim income out of that property as such transfer shall be treated as a sham entry.

raj sir ,

if husband says that he sold this property to his brother and his brother take loan(udhar) from private persons.stamp papers of  loians are their.

can these works for the husband?

He sold it. So he has liquid money to spare.

Income from property or liquid assets in bank a/c is what considered.

If his brother betrays him in future he is going to end up in another mess!!

Agree with Jefferson

any assets or cash which was on the name your husband can be claimed by you not only property, a liquid cash in is account will belongs to him only.
