making shade for open parking in society.

i have one query, is their any legal ruke or act for making shade for open parking in society?

For making a temporary shed you will need to take permission of the local body or Municipality

Open parking spaces are common areas under control of society. They are the society's property. So I doubt the society will give you noc for making a shed. Even when you apply to local body, it will ask you to submit society noc.

If builder allotted open parking to flat owner instead of covered parking. and if flat owner wants to build shade for his own open parking then is there any act or permission should be taken.
