Actully we failed to make an rental agreement when we lived in a rental house in 2012. Now, the court is seeking rental agreement to proceed further our case due to judiciary limitation issue. Is it possible to make rental agreement on earlier date now? Could we get stamp paper etc on earlier date and make an agreement? Is it legal?
whether the court could dismiss the case due to judiciary limit issue once it is successfully numbered and it is in final hearing stage?
Please advice me on this.

What case it is that you need a renttal agreement to establish judiciary?? It is not possible to do a backdated agreement, however, there are other legal ways to establish jurisdiction.

It is MCD case.
