Have filed application for waiver of maintenance in session court. Just want to know what is the meaning of the below mentioned interim order by magistrate. As i think my lawyer is misguiding me.
ORDER
1) Appeal is admitted.
2)The operation of order dt. 11-7-2013 passed by LD. MM 49th court is stayed until the appearance of respondent no.2 on depositing 50% of arrears of maintenance & rent due against appellant till date.The amount of arrears of rent & maintenance is to be deposited before the trial court within 2 weeks from today.
