Maintenance denied

Hi..!

Latest News in Maharashtra Times Mumbai Edition Dtd 8/01/2015 (Marathi Newspaper) shows that maintenance denied by Family Court (Bandra, Mumbai) for previously earning wife. Please go through the news and find the case details and/or judgement copy and post here in this forum for reference.  It will help a lot.
