Maintenance case against me

I was married for in may of 2013.my wife left me in December stating that she will cow back in a few days then she did not as her mother was really unwell. She was adamant that she won't come back to me I stay in pune while she lives in Belgaum . She came back in end of April 2015 and we had a small fight in which I raised my hand.she has left home since then and not come back.in the mean Time my parents literally begged her to come back but she refused. Till one month ago we tried our best to convince her to come back but she has refuses and wants a divorce. We said let's go for mcd but she refused and has sent us a legal notice saying she wants maintenance which include a flat and some money our hearing which is gonna be first will Ben n Monday. I want to know the following Can I divorce her after this case is finished and what's the time limit for crpc 125?
