If you prove that she got married, then maintenance will be rejected and you need file fresh petition and request to reject the maintenance an submit the proofs

@needadviseon498a u dont have to pay maintenance after her second marriage, if you are able to prove in front court. I agree with Raja_498a Victim
@HIRAL sir is there any such order? Max after wife's second marriage maintenance can be asked only for kids not for wife.

I agree with Satya and RAJA......@Author- Infact if u have proofs then u can file an application on change in circumstances and ask for the maintenance u paid after she got married and she has to pay that back and this is also possible that her new husband is not aware that she is tsill earning money frm u....u can even tell him
