CAN A HUSBAND FILE FOR MAINTENANCE FROM HIS WIFE u/s crpc 125 ? HUSBAND IS UNEMPLOYED DUE TO DEPRESSION & MENTAL AGONY AS WIFE LEFT HER HUSBAND FOR LAST 2 YRS. WIFE WORKING IN A PVT. BANK EARNING Rs. 40000/- SALARY P.M. IF THE HUSBAND CANT FILE FOR MAINTENANCE u/s crpc 125 THEN UNDER WHAT SECTION HE CAN FILE ?
PLEASE ADVICE.

No, You cann't claim u/s CRPC 125. You can claim u/s 25 of HMA.

Delay si unavoidable in matrimonial issues in court. A wise and good lawyesr always that first and ask to settle amicably!
Just today I got out of HC and requested hon. judge to provide shortest date, was replied not earlier than april, as cases of past 7 years pending stil.. Imagine now, where you will lead?
