Hi.
How to execute interim maintenance, as final case is approaching in DVC, my advocate is saying that interim maintenance arrears will be mentioned in final order, but till 4 yeras I fought the case and I didn't get arrears of maintenance.
Judge scolded husband very much and told me to file contempt of court against my husband.
Please advise me what to do?

Sir,
Contempt of Court will also be like a case, I mean so much time it will take or less time it will take.
One more thing what my advocate is saying is if final order is passed, interim maintenance will be cancelled and in final order, again maintenance order will be passed.
My worry is for interim maintenance, i fought for years and now again I have to fought in appeals and revision.
Arrears I think I should get before. Please suggest.
