There is a procedure under Cr.P.C. Secs 125 to 128 kindly take their assistance. File Miscellaneous petition for enforcement of the order.

File the application for execution. Your sister can take the order for attachment of the salary of the husband or distress warrant to recover the amount from his property or arrest warrant to detain him in jail.

the court has ordered rs 7000/- to be paid to my cousin sister. but her husband has refused to pay. so if she gives petition for dismissing the case, will it be correct? what are the advantages or disadvantages?
