Maintenance

My wife is living seperately from 1 month and asking divorce. Her father gave complaint of harrassment at police station. I found he is going to banks and find out about my accounts. Wife is working having salary of @ 45000 per month /post graduate, car registered on name and more then 10L as fixed deposit. Can she claim for maintenance?

I have proof of her investments and tax filing with few payslips. Please advice.

1. if FIL is going to your banks and asking your bank details then who stops you to collet similar evidences against her !
2. NO, based on evidences of her qualifications / earning capacity she can't equate status.

Wait till she approach Court for maintenance, then you can defend the same with the documents you are having
