My wife is living seperately from 1 month and asking divorce. Her father gave complaint of harrassment at police station. I found he is going to banks and find out about my accounts. Wife is working having salary of @ 45000 per month /post graduate, car registered on name and more then 10L as fixed deposit. Can she claim for maintenance?
I have proof of her investments and tax filing with few payslips.

If you can prove that she is able to maintain her self, she is not entitled.
