Maintenance

Wife given in her biodata that she is working and well qualified. What can I give her biodata which her father given befor marriege ? But in biodata no singnature or any other proof  that biodata is given by her father there only typed matter , then what court will consider it as valid proof ?

Such a Typed bio-data without bearing your wif'e's signature will not help you in the maintenance proceedings initiated against you.

You can always mention details of Educational degree of your wife alongwith year of passing, university/ college name   as well as details of post held, employer name , period of service and approx. salary etc. in your petition . Besides to substantiate your points, you can obtain the said information by filing application under the R.T.I. Act .
