Dear All
can i give 3 years arrears in maintenance in dv act, judge order maintenance from the date of filling petition. it is more than three years the amount is Rs. 137000/- can i pay all the arrears amounts.
please give any judgments for arrears in dv act.

Why do you need a judgment to pay the arrears? You are already bound by the order, if any.
As rightly opined by Mr.Prashant ... why you need judgement if allready order has been issued and no set aside petition was filled by you within limitation period.
Now,act according to order to avoid any further litigations and any criminal procedure against you. Iam amazed that till now, after 3 years of order how you are safe,even no summon also been issued to you?

I understand there is delay in order of maintenance by court resulting into accumulation of 3 years arrears. If so , he must go for appeal.
