Maintanance

Hello All,

Wife pics in compromising position , where chicks of wife and other men closley touching each other , does she eligible for maintanance under pwdv act , crpc 125 or HMA??

Such pictures are double edged sword.
If presented in court they may show indecent conduct of wife and create negative impression which will help you in maintenance. Quantum of maintenance is decided on many factors and conduct of parties is considered by judge.
If court feels like the pictures do not indicate any poor conduct of wife but this is cheap attempt by husband to malign wife's character in open court then the same negative inference falls on husband.
Consult your lawyer on both these possibilities to decide what to do and how to do it.

Hi raj these pic if you show in court its effect on her maintaince case as he file and it will help you in divorce

You should also provide the source of the photographs, such as negatives to prove the Guinness of the photographs.

All

I am having photograph on pen drive , as Mr.Shekar mention about negative how it is possible when its selfie taken with her mobile and then latter on transfer by her on Pen drive.If you put any image from any of your device to Pen drive if u right click on image in prpoerty it show last modified date which was before she left my home.How to Prove that Pictures are orignal??Is there any reporting agency whose certificate is valid in court??
