Husband Salary Net of taxes 84000 p.mnth, wife worked in past as freelancer on paper , 2small kids , apart from this husband is not having house but on paper pays by cheque rent to mother around 25000 p.mnth.Wife is Graduate.LIC per mont hpayable around 10000.As per Earlier last 3 year return file of wife as freelancer income was around 10000 p.mnth
What is Maximum maintanance p.mnth possible under HMA??
No Loan in husband Name ,Wife having yearly 60000 interst income??
If out of court settlement by way of MCD what is maximum amount which is fair to pay as allimony over and above stridhan??
