Rti doesn't apply to private concerns and any details asked by the lawyer must be through directions of court only

My husband had threw me out of house ..and he wants quick divorce to marry again.and i hv temporary post job.no sallary slip or pf. He earns 60k(gazeted ofcr)..am only 8k.and i cannot run both cases and survive on such small amount.

IF the private entity is registeted with a public authority then the rti can be filed over the public authority which in turn will direct the private entity to provide the details
