Hi All, After DIvorce case (sec 13 1ia & ib),if judge given only Divorce decree and no alimony in the Divorce case after that, which sections wife has right to file Maintaince case? Please advise.

after divorce no maintenance. Only can can appeal on divorce decree.

Divorce is not the end of story. Unless she remarries the liability of maintenance is life long.
You must ensure divorce decree on exception clauses so she is not able to claim it.
