Maintainance in Divorce

I had applied for divorce. After that the court ordered for maintainance of 8000 and now its increased to 12000.I talked to her personally to live together but she is not agreed.So my query is if the husband is ready to live with his wife and wife is not willing to live together. In that case whether the husband has to pay maintainance?

Sir,can u please tell me what are the ground on which a wife can deny to stay with her husband and the husband will be forced to pay the maintainance money.

Talk with your Advocate the reason of increase of maintenance amount. If you are sure of her intention then file RCR but in all probability the maintenance will continue.
