Puneshment of ofences commited by accused, the imprisonment under 3 year is triable by J.M.F.C. court. the imprisonment under 7 year and more than 3 year is triable by Chife Judisial Majistrate, the imprisonment more than 7 year is triable by and commeted by session judge..
