Magistrate wrote down wrong

Sir,

During cross examination I told I did not fight with wife, but magistrate has wrote down I fought with wife.  The paper I did not read, now in final judgement it is mentioned like this.  I had clearly told I did not fight with wife.  Now how to change this.  It is DV case.  Please guide.

There is nothing you can do at this stage. You should have objected immediately after your cross-examination. Even if you challenge it, you cannot dispute the veracity of your statement.

File necessary application for correction.
