dear sir.
i went in marrige at my home, when i send my leave my Ltd. company permit me LWP, after that company cut my salary from all heads i.e. basic ,hra, cca, allowance etc.
my question is can a ltd. company cut my salary in my any allowance which company give to me. glance this is my fix allowance.

Did you apply for leave and got it approved before proceeding on leave?
You may look into leave policy of your company and your leave balance also.
If you raise a query on deduction of wages as shown in your pay slip the company has to reply.
