In case the share certificate gets lost, can a third party upon finding the lost certificates claim property rights over the relevant shares ??

No he cannot because shares will have to be transferred in his name.  unless until shares are transferred in the name of founder he cannot claim the rights over the shares

Is there any possibility of such claim if the name of the person who has found the shares same as that of the holder of shares ???
