Lost free hold papers!

Dear experts,

I own a DDA flat which was bought in 1990 through the original allottee. Subsequently I paid all dues and converted it from leasehold to Freehold in my name. Currently the property is rented. Now the issue is , I have all the house tax reciepts uptodate, all the sales deed and rent agreements in place with me,.. BUT.. i seem to have somehow lost the file of freehold conversion and the ownership doc recieved on Freehold. Just the freehold file is missing.... I am really worried... PLEASE PLEASE guide how i can go through in obtaining a duplicate copy and prevent myself from being frauded.. in case the docs have gone in wrong hands.!!!!
PLESE HELP !! I AM SERIOUSLY WORRIED AND SEEKING URGENT HELP! :/
Hoping for positive guidance.

Dear,

Register a complaint that the papers went missing and apply for the certified copies of the same.
