Sir I have lost esbtr challan of rs 750000 and we have to do application for refund due challan paid in wrong article

E SECURED BANK Ànd TREASURY RECEIPT E-SBTR Challan we have lost ,we made payment in Wrong artical so we have not used that challan for any ragistration now I want to apply for refund but agent asking for original copy,what to do sir
