Lost esbtr treasury challan e receipt

Sir I have lost esbtr challan of rs 750000 and we have to do application for refund due challan paid in wrong article

What do you mean from the words "esbtr" mentioned therein the post ?

E SECURED BANK Ànd TREASURY RECEIPT E-SBTR Challan we have lost ,we made payment in Wrong artical so we have not used that challan for any ragistration now I want to apply for refund but agent asking for original copy,what to do sir
