send request to yahoo servises i think you have to provide some information

what is security question what is you birthdate etc.. buy in email you wrote

also you have to know basic email address send this all information to yahoo

I's true.If you don't use your yahoo account for many months,all the data gets lost.I have also faced the same issue.

There are many reasons why Yahoo is unpopular,this being one of the reasons.

Never never use Yahoo if for opening an account where you have important data.I have heard that Gmail is the safest and most reliable.Yahoo sucks!

Just type yahoo services reviews in Google,and you will know how satisfied people are with yahoo...Be it loss of data from Yahoo accounts becuase of not using it for a long time,be it sudden suspension of your accounts by yahoo,because you broke of its "LOOOOOONG list of rules"(which you'll never be able to figure out why),yahoo services suck.They never warn you in advance that they may suspend your account.They simply do it.Then it is never restored.

Lastly are the miserable services of Yahoo India small business.
