can you explain your query clearly. I didnt get the connection between the court memo and the riving licence.

Wen my licence was taken i was given a court memo in return... i can pay the fine give the court memo & take back my licence... now tat i hv lost my court memo, i need an affidavit stating who i m & asking back my licence... plz help
