Hello Sir / Mam,
I have lost my Community certificate. It was issued on 2006. And currently i moved on to another city from where i got the certificate. How can i apply for another copy of my community certificate? Whether E-Seva services nearby will b helpful to apply now?

In view of the above, you can apply a duplicate community certificate to the same place where it was issued.
