Loss of voterid card & laps of ration card

Dear Sir,

My wife is Central Government Employee. She had lost her voterid card. A general Dairy made to local police station for this. She did not update the ration card also as a matter of fact the ration card also lapsed. For the id proof she had only the photo ID Card issued by the Central Government. Please help me out to suggest how she can get a duplicate voterid card and the ration card.

Secondly, she had not transferred the ration card from her father's residence (at chinsurah hooghly) to our address (Calcutta) how to get this problem solved?

We are very much worried as because she does not have any other Address Proof left?

Ask her to apply and obtain 'aadhar' card.

Dear Mr. Mukherjee,

By filling in the Form 001, the individual gets registered to get a Voter ID Card. And by filling in Form 006 the individual’s name will start appearing in the lists of voters. The filling of Form 006 can be done simultaneously when filling in Form 001.

By filling in Form 002, the individual applies for a duplicate Voters ID Cards in case he has lost it. But before filling in the form, the individual must first file an FIR in the local police station. After filing an FIR the individual needs to take a copy of the FIR. Along with the form 002 the copy of the FIR must be attached.

Obtaining UID(Aadhar) Card is best avoided due to various possible future risks to freedom, privacy and liberty which most people cannot even imagine today. Similar project was undertaken by Hitler to trap the people in his game. All democracies like USA, UK and Australia have scrapped similar projects due to inherent risks.
