Background: 1. Met girl in 2014, and had affair for few months. Later found via common friend that she has laid a trap to extort money from me by filing DV, 498a etc. 2. On coming to know abt this , I denied marriage. She blackmailed and tried to extort 4 lakhs SoundCloud.com/Moneyextortion 3. I complaint in police, they forcefully marry me to her 4.She left home in 3 months and started taking 5000 Rs by cheque by blackmailing. I paid 2 time 5. Later, I stopped paying her. She filed DV case in Amritsar 6. I found her shaadi.com account and she was looking for a new husband and she also hacked my phone. I filed criminal case against her for Hacking my phone and extortion of money Can such lady be denied maintenance ? If yes ,please guide me how.
