Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am a victim of bank fraud and I have filed a Criminal Case. One of the defendants, is absconding and we have issued NBW and proclamation order.
Following is my query:
1) Under what section can JMFC court issue look out notice ? I have just the passport number.
2) Can JMFC court order to attach property and bank account of defendant? I have no detail of his bank account as it's confidential as per RBI.
I would be thankful if you could throw some light as I'm super confused.
