Dear Sirs,
one of my client is facing the inquiry by the Lokayukta Police. After FIR and the search he was suspended from his govt. service. Here the investigation is still pending from last one and half year and no challan was presented in the court till now. Is it possible that the suspension shall be revoked/ cancelled ? If yes, how?

can you specify the state as every sate has a different lokayukta act.

Sirs,
Exactly i am also of the same opinion but it merely a guess. There are provision somewhere that if the chargesheet is not filed within 90 days the suspension autometically revoked.

Dear Friend,
In Lokayukta cases normally charges will filed very lately because first it will be sent to the govt for sanction to take permission from the govt., to file a chargesheet, so normally there will be delay in filing chargesheet.
