can you pls tell me how many times in a year this lok adalat is conducted? is it every year or once in 3 months? and can a criminal 420 case be solved in this lok adalat if the complainant is ready to compromise?

It depends on district legal service authorirty that, how many times it organises LOK adalat. Yes this case may be compromised in LOK ADALAT.
