Can LOC be issued on relatives staying abroad?
I am the main accused (husband) and in india and out on bail. My relatives are falsely put in 498a by my wife and they are living abroad.
I want to know can LOC be issued on them even if i am attending the court hearings regularly?
CS is submitted and they are stated as missing, will LOC automatically be put on them?

You need to tell what is the latest ongoin proceedings in your case. LOC is not easy to be issued, pls share ur details in P.M. i can guide u on LOC issue very well.

yes if the other party has enough contacts in police and home department. Any thing can be done in India. and Particularly in Maharashtra, Mumbai.

If everything runs on contact what is court there for ?
