sir,
my father has taken a loan of one lac sixty thousand from a bank against my land paper in kolkata for purchasing a truck....
he paid nearly 2.5 lac in that era....
and suddenly he stop paying emi
now, i don't know what is the status of that loan current..
the bank is not sending any notice now a days....
so is there any way settlement that loan, because i am not enable to give the intrest to that bank.
what should i do now?
