Loan fraud

Presumably some one has cheated you by impersonation and produced your ID document(s) to the Bank, findout facts and file a complaint before local police / area Magistrate through a local prudent lawyer.

You are bringing up the story pertaining to almost 8 years old and it is a surprise that you  never had knowledge about it so far. What about the borrower, is he regularly repaying the loan and interest?

There are lot of doubts arising and it appears that you have raised a hyppthetical question ?

I was in need of funds for working capital . Hence, got my CIBIL checked and only then ,came to know about this business loan . 
Have sent someone to bank branch to enquire about business loan and repayment schedule and guaranter agreement
