Hi sir/madam,
I have availed loan in 2009 for my education and i didn't repay the amount and i have got the court notice .
More over i have kept my house documents security, now they have issued notice from high court and gave ad in the news paper. Now what action i should take, its impossible to repay 4 lakhs with in 2 or 3 days.
I paid sum of 50,000 recently, but still they issued the notice. Now what should i do , pls kindly provide your value advice.
