Loan against property

Just wanted to add -- few of the flats in the society are still unregistered, while many other flats are registered. My flat is 1 of them and currently the registry is not happening

No, you can not got loan against unregistered property. You can try to some finance company i think they do it.

Answer to your query is in negative side. No lender will lend loan against property whose title does not vest in name of borrower.

Check with lenders.

A lender may not agree to lend till the tile is clear and marketable.
