Hi
I am trying to find out solution for appointing new director for LLP company which is into services. What is the time period to appoint new director after resigning 2nd director. Primary/1st director takes care off entire business. I want to know legal advice on this. And any minor can be appointed as 2nd director in this case as 2nd director is for name sake only.

There must be a minimum of two designated partners in an LLP. There is no limit on the maximum number of partners. There are no directors in an LLP. In a Pvt Ltd company, the minimum number of members is two, and the maximum is 200. There must be a minimum of two directors in a Pvt Ltd company, and the maximum is limited to 15.
