Respected sir, i m a soldier in air force and going to complete 7 yrs
service, i married in may 2011 after the engagement in feb 2008(her
mother purposed). I gave her mobiles. In between we were connected on
calls but often she made those on hold. I hate lies and hiding, In nov
08 she started to talk a boy for 2-3 months, she herself told me so i
told that i don't mind but not to repeat like this in future, also i
helped her and on expenditure of me, she did courses of 01 months
typing and driving and diploma of 06 mnths in basic computer. I gave
my ATM also and she purchased so many items ex: dresses, gifts etc.
She is 8th fail so i admitted her in 10th in a open school in oct 2009 till
now
she is not giving exam. Her mother is of negative thinking and making
marriege late. she said to do court marriege and On believeness upon
her in july 2010,with her, i registered a fake mrg but she refused to
came,. we To make the
strong relation and believe i purchased a pleasure scooty for her in
nov 2010 as she demanded.
I tried the best support but a month before the marriegd i cought her
in a call to a boy saying"i love u"(i have voice recording). Later i came
to know that it was
since the period of jan 2010 (2yrs) as they met regularly. He was her
neighbour. then also believing on request of her mother i married. after
that she told that she didn't like me and it was her mother said to marry
and she started misbehavioring with me and my family. i talked both, the
boy told she given my wrong feedback like
name and nature. She told him that she didn't like me. I have call
detail got through RTI and voice recording. I hurt and said her mother, she tried for
suicide twice in front of her mother. On request of her mother i married
(registered mrg was also a reason),i m against dowry so i didn't taken
but now her mother is interferring and threating me(in legal action to
dissmiss frm service). Her mother is making us bad through saying
others(her nature is negative and it was already before the mrg also).
She is money minded and compares everyone to money, saying me not to
speak to my mother and brother and abusing them and to my wife to
missbehaviour with me and my family, she is also doing like this. Her
mother forcing her to come back home. I have responsibility of my
mother and i m in 'karz' of 3lacs increasing interest. My mother is
worried. I m also distrub. Sir plz help how it will effect because of
fake mrg certificate. In other issue she often slaps me first. She did
not like me always and compares . Now she is with me and saying to go
back and threating to file a case in beating, abusing,dowry etc, i m
distrub and can't study(preparing for UPSC) and sleep well. she said that she would
divorce after dismiss from service(both saying). now she is saying that i will go to my parent and never come back. sir can u suggest how many days she can stay(legally) with them. Her mother is
misguiding all. We r feeling shame but not speaking. Sr plz pay your
