The last case does not amount to adultery.

The husband can be charged for cruelty by his wife.

Adultery under IPC 497 may be occured only when male and female are married. No dobout under 13 of HMA wife may take relation of other female as adultery as ground of Divorce. 

in the last case he will not be charged with adultry unless his spouse charge him. a recent decision of gujarat h court in anita on 14 7 2011 hon, justice gb shah the court held that relationship among any of the married persons/person cannot be termed as live in relationship.

Live-in-relationship is something which is happening. I do not think that it has yet entered into legal vocabulary.

After initial attraction is over than you have to be ready to face the music of legal system.

In such a case

1. Husband may be accused of CRUELTY to his wife

2. Wife may seek divorce on grounds of adultery

Yes, if this new girl makes her mind to complain against the man, HE IS SCREWED BY N-NUMBER OF CASES!

what in the case if wife has deserted and filed the divorce case where no adultery reason is mentioned..and now husband started living in with an unmarried/divorcee/widow woman..can husband now charged for adultery even though the case is already filed for divorce.
